Where we take enquiries
These are markets we will discuss. They are commercial footprints, not a claim that Alpine owns an office, a tank or a licence in each country.
Iraq
Crude and product enquiries linked to Iraqi export grades and regional buyers. Each enquiry still needs a named principal.
Algeria
North African crude and product discussions, including buyers who price against Mediterranean benchmarks.
Sudan
Enquiries are accepted only where the parties, the route and the banks are outside applicable sanctions.
South Sudan
Same rule as Sudan: we look at the cargo story only after the sanctions question is answered.
Benin
West African discharge and trading enquiries, usually product rather than upstream crude.
Pakistan
Import enquiries from Pakistani buyers of gasoil, fuel oil and other products, subject to their import rules.
United Arab Emirates
A common meeting point for principals. Discussing a deal in the UAE does not mean Alpine has a registered office there until that address is published.
Naming a destination on this page does not mean a cargo can move there. Sanctions, banking and the buyer's own licence decide that.
