Services
Brokerage, stated narrowly.
The service is introduction and coordination of petroleum enquiries. It is not a promise of supply, credit, storage or freight.
Mandated facilitation
When a principal gives us a written mandate, we carry that enquiry to the other side: product, window, and the procedure they will accept. We do not invent a mandate.
Strategic introduction
We introduce a buyer to a seller, or a seller to a buyer, only after both know who they are speaking to and in what capacity.
Transaction coordination
We keep the thread orderly: documents requested, versions exchanged, and who still owes an answer. We do not sign the sale contract unless that is separately agreed.
Official representation
If Alpine is asked to speak for a party, that authority has to be in writing and limited to what the letter says. Otherwise we introduce, we do not represent.
Handling and documentation
We chase the corporate papers, the specification, and the procedure draft so both desks are looking at the same file.
Verification
We ask for proof of authority and we stop when a name, a bank, or a destination does not match what was claimed.
Channelling a purchase or a sale
A purchase enquiry and a sale enquiry are handled as two different conversations until both sides agree to be introduced.
Market context sits on Market Watch. It is reference data, not a price Alpine is offering.
